How caring they were throughout the entire process, and the outstanding quality of the capture. They offered me unlimited revisions, which meant I could ask for all the changes I needed until the portrait really captured Charlie - and boy, they did!
The process was surprisingly simple. I just sent them my favorite photo of Charlie - even though it was just a phone picture - and their artists got to work.
They sent me progress updates, asked for my feedback, and patiently made every adjustment I requested.
Although his likeness was fantastic, they understood this wasn't just about getting a "good likeness." This was about healing.
