We offer free shipping to eligible U.S. destinations. Our current shipping terms exclude Alaska and Hawaii; check the destinations offered at checkout before ordering.

Orders are custom-made with care and require 2–5 business days for production, depending on the production technique. For Studio orders submitted with an Artist Refinement Request, production starts after approval of the revised artwork. Studio orders without a request proceed with the selected artwork. Artist revision time is additional to production and shipping estimates. Please note that fulfillment time refers to the time it takes to create your custom product and does not include shipping time.

Shipping times are usually between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. To estimate the total time for your order to arrive, combine the fulfillment time with the shipping time.

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to our logistics partner, contact us if your order is delayed or appears lost so we can investigate with the carrier. We will provide applicable options for delayed or undelivered orders, including any cancellation or refund required by law. However, if your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@bondel.co, and we will arrange a replacement and handle any claim with the shipping provider.

Please note: Once an order is handed over to the logistics partner, routine order changes cannot be accommodated. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
