We offer free shipping within the U.S.

Orders are custom-made with care and require 2–5 business days for production after final design approval, depending on the production technique. Please note that fulfillment time refers to the time it takes to create your custom product and does not include shipping time. More than 50% of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days or less, and 97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days.

Shipping times are usually between 3–7 business days, depending on your location. To estimate the total time for your order to arrive, combine the fulfillment time with the shipping time.

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to our logistics partner, Bondel is not responsible for any delays or issues during transit. However, if your package or product arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@bondel.co, and we will happily resolve the issue by opening a claim with the shipping provider and sending a replacement product.
