Custom People Portrait

Art that captures the spirit and details. Our abstract style turns your favorite moments and people into a visual experience, using shapes, colors, and textures to tell a story that’s as unique as they are.

• Unlimited Previews & Revisions:

We offer unlimited previews and revisions to ensure you're completely satisfied with your portrait. We'll send you at least 2 different previews of your pet's portrait and you can request as many changes as you like. We won't print the final piece until it's exactly the way you want it. However, if you choose to cancel your order 10 days after placing it, a 35% cancellation fee will be applied. If we don't hear back from you for 30 days — despite multiple follow-up emails and reminders — we'll go ahead and produce and ship the version that best represents your original order. We always want to work with you, so just reply to any of our emails at any time to keep the conversation going.
• Please note that the money-back guarantee does not apply to the Bondel Studio Portraits.

• Free Replacement for Defects:

If your canvas arrives with any defects or damage, we will replace it for free, with no additional costs to you, as long as you communicate the issue within 7 days of delivery to hello@bondel.co.

• Post-Purchase Satisfaction:

Not fully satisfied after receiving your canvas? You can request a replacement within 7 days. We’ll recreate a new portrait from scratch with no questions asked - you only need to cover the shipping and production costs for the new canvas.

• We are 100% committed to your satisfaction, and our support team is always here to help with any questions or concerns.

• Shipping:

We offer free and fast shipping on all orders within the US. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

• Returns:

If there's any issue and your canvas does not match what you approved, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement. Simply contact our support team, and we’ll handle the rest. If your canvas arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.

For the best results, follow these tips when submitting photos of your pet:

Do’s:

• Clear, high-resolution photos where your pet is facing the camera.
• Natural lighting to capture your pet’s true colors and details.

Don’ts:

• Avoid blurry, low-quality, or pixelated images.
• No dark, shadowy photos that obscure important details.
• Avoid photos taken from extreme angles or side profiles where features are not fully visible.

By following these guidelines, we can create the best possible custom portrait that truly captures your photos.
