Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Bondel Co. wants every pet lover to be able to shop with us, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation. We are working to make bondel.co accessible and easy to use for everyone.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

What we are doing

  • Testing our main pages (home, product pages, Bondel Studio, cart and checkout) with automated accessibility tools and with keyboard-only navigation.
  • Adding text descriptions to product and customer photos.
  • Improving keyboard navigation, form labels and focus visibility across the site.
  • Reviewing new pages and features for accessibility before we launch them.

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort and some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Bondel Studio previews: the AI portrait previews are images. We describe each style in text, but the preview image itself may not be fully described to screen reader users.
  • Third-party tools: some features, such as customer reviews, email sign-up forms and payment options, are provided by third parties. We do not fully control their accessibility, but we report issues to them when we find them.
  • Older content: some older photos and blog posts may still be missing full text descriptions. We are updating them.
