We strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your custom pet canvas.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. We also offer unlimited previews and revisions before shipping.

If, after receiving your canvas, you're not satisfied, you can request a replacement within 30 days, and we’ll create a new portrait from scratch. You’ll only need to cover the shipping costs for the new canvas.

Please note that if you choose to cancel your order after the artwork has been started, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

A $20 fee applies for changing the size of your canvas after placing the order. Please note it is only possible to do so before we begin production.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, so feel free to contact us with any concerns.

Damaged Products

For all products that arrive damaged we send a replacement no questions asked. To be eligible you just need to send photos of the damaged parts.

Please note our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange even if your product is damaged.

Haven't received any emails from us after purchasing?
Make sure the email of your order is correct and valid as you need to approve your design for us to start the production of your order.

If you did not receive an email after 7 working days of purchasing, please contact us and check your spam folder. If you don't get any response within 48 working hours emails are likely getting bounced back so please contact us using a different email address so we can send you the digital proof.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delays, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The delivery times listed on the website are only an average estimation, and some deliveries can take longer, or be delivered much faster. 

We do online proofing and offer unlimited revisions before shipment.
