1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Bondel.co (operated by Jovi Ventures LLC). By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 


2. Custom Orders and Approval Process

  • Unique Personalization: Bondel specializes in personalized products crafted based on your submitted photos and preferences. Our designers begin working on your custom piece as soon as the order is placed.

  • Design Approval: Within 2-4 business days, you will receive an initial design preview via email. You may approve the design or request revisions. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer unlimited revisions until the design meets your expectations.

  • Production: Once the design is approved, it will proceed to production. This phase typically takes 3-5 business days. After production, your order will be securely packaged and prepared for shipment.

  • No Cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once approved. Please review your selections carefully prior to checkout.


3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All transactions on our website are processed in USD.

  • Payment Methods: Credit Card / Debit Card

  • Taxes: Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Sales tax is charged according to the requirements of the state or province in which the order is being delivered.

  • Pricing Accuracy: While we strive to maintain accurate pricing across our website, in the event of a pricing error, Jovi Ventures LLC reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders with incorrect pricing. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.


4. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

All Bondel orders are custom, hand-drawn artwork that require customer communication during the creation process. After we send you a preview of your portrait, we ask that you respond with your feedback or approval so we can move forward.

If we do not receive a response to our preview or revision communications for a period of 30 days — despite follow-up emails and SMS reminders — we reserve the right to finalize and ship the artwork using the version that best represents your original order. This ensures timely fulfillment and responsible use of our artists' time and resources.

You may contact us at any time before production to resume communication, request changes, or provide approval. We're always happy to work with you.




5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to both the United States and Canada. While shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method, we work diligently to ensure timely delivery of all orders. For more detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.


6. Refunds and Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our custom products, all approved sales are final due to the nature of our custom products. However, we do offer a full refund if at any point during the design stage you're not happy with your artwork. 

If your product arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bondel.co. We will promptly assist in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or repair at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content featured on bondel.co, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Jovi Ventures LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this site is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Jovi Ventures LLC.


8. Privacy

By consenting to Bondel’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.

Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.

You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out.
