1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Bondel.co (operated by Jovi Ventures LLC). By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as any additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Custom Orders and Approval Process

Unique Personalization: Bondel specializes in personalized products crafted based on your submitted photos and preferences.

Production: Once you place your order, we will begin production. This phase typically takes 2-3 business days. After production, your order will be securely packaged and prepared for shipment.

No Cancellations: Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled once approved. We do not accept cancellations for any Bondel Studio portrait order. Please review your selections carefully prior to checkout.
3. Pricing and Payments

Currency: All transactions on our website are processed in USD.

Taxes: Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Sales tax is charged according to the requirements of the state or province in which the order is being delivered.

Pricing Accuracy: While we strive to maintain accurate pricing across our website, in the event of a pricing error, Jovi Ventures LLC reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders with incorrect pricing. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.
4. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee
Your Bondel Studio orders are covered by a 30-day guarantee. Meaning that if the canvas arrives damaged, we will send a free replacement as long as you report the situation to us within 30 days of receiving the product. No revisions are applicable to Bondel Studio portraits unless you submit your order with a note/request to our artist.
Please note: for technical and print-production reasons, some canvas sizes are produced in a 3:4 ratio instead of 2:3. When this applies, your artwork is carefully adapted to the new ratio — your pet, their name, and all key details are fully preserved, never cropped or removed. This adjustment is a normal, necessary part of producing your portrait at these sizes and is not considered a defect or grounds for a refund or reshipment.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to most locations in the United States, except Hawaii and Alaska. While shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method, we work diligently to ensure timely delivery of all orders. For more detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of our custom products, all sales are final due to the nature of our custom products.
If your product arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@bondel.co. We will promptly assist in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or repair at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property
All content featured on bondel.co, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Jovi Ventures LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this site is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Jovi Ventures LLC.

By consenting to Bondel’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.
Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.
You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
